特征Character ：

²       灰黑色胶体Gray-black colloidal

²       待胶水干至透明状方可粘贴地板，敞开时间一般为5～60分钟（根据湿度、温度、吸收情况、上胶量及通风性而异）After glue become transperant, then floor can be pasted. Construction opening time: 5 to 60 minutes. (According to humidity, temperature, absorption and ventilation)

²       用量：每公斤约涂布6～8m² Amount : Coating 6-8 m²/kg

载体准备Carrier preparation：

²       载体必须坚固、健全、干燥、干净、平整、光滑、不起砂 The carrier must be strong, dry, clean, level, smooth and free sand.

²       不得使涂层有返潮的危险The coating shall not have the risk of damp.

²       上胶时，基材湿度不得超过3%，须严格遵守载体晾干时间 Humidity of base material can’t exceed 3% when coating. Worker must strict compliance with carrier drying time.

工作条件 Working condition：

²       温度：工作地点温度必须在摄氏18（至少上胶前几天必须获得）至45度之间。Temperature in working location should be between 18 to 45 degree (Site temperature should be checked before coating); air humidity: less than 55%HR; ground temperature: less than 10 degree.

²       空气湿度：应小于55% Humidity is less than 55%

²       地面温度：不小于10摄氏度 Ground temperature less than 10^oC.

²       铺设前48小时关闭地面暖气，铺设48小时后方能重新逐渐启动暖气，胶粘剂和材料应提前几天储存在工作地点，该处温度至少要达到摄氏10度以上，这个作法有利于幅面的稳定，并方便于涂层操作。Shut off ground heating system before construction. 48 hrs later after construction, the heating can be turn on gradually. Adhesive and material which is in cutting and vertical laying format will be stored in the construction site several days ago before construction. The site temperature is at least above 10 ^oC. This can help to keep format stable and easy construct.

²       施工中，潮湿会引起地板表面起泡，影响外观。During construction, humidity can cause bubble of floor surface. It will impact appearance of ground floor. Pay attention to avoid moisture.

上胶Paste Glue ：

²       根据地板材的精糙程度和吸收情况选用合适的刮刀，将粘胶均匀地（导电纤维）涂在载体的单面。According to roughness and absorption of floor material to select suitable scraper

²       选用1号刮刀时，每平方涂120克左右Use #1 scraper, 120g/m²

²       选用2号刮刀时，每平方涂160克左右 Use #2 scraper, 160g/m²

待候时间Waiting time：

        本产品属于含水乳胶，通过组合前水蒸发，以及材料吸收后完成胶合，胶合和晾干的速度取决于粘胶厚度，材料吸收性能、温度、湿度及现场通风性。本品适合干法粘贴，不可湿贴（特殊场合除外），一般待候时间为5-60分钟 The product is water-based glue. After water evaporation, material absorption and dry, glue is becoming. Speed of glue and dry depends on thickness of glue, property of material, temperature, humidity and ventilation. The product is suitable for dry paste and not wet paste, except special condition. Normal waiting time is 5 – 60 minutes.

工作时间Working time：

        本品在涂胶后120分钟左右内粘地板都可（视现场温度情况而变，一般温度越高开放时间越长），胶水干后视施工的方便操作即可

裱平Level：                            

²       铺设时，由里面向外逐渐裱平 Level from the inside out

²       利用裱平的把子，探测涂层下面可能出现的鼓起处，并用力将其消除 Use level tools to detect the muster under the coating and eliminate it firmly.

²       20分钟后，再用重型滚筒（重约60公斤）仔细压平整个表面（原则上越重越好） 20 minutes later, heavy roller with 60 kg flat whole surface. More heavy more better.

²       裱平必须先横向进行，随后再纵向进行 Level must start from lateral direction and then vertical direction.

稳定时间Stable time:

    24小时左右，即可使用。24 hours.

最终粘结Final adhesion：

²       铺设48到72小时后，可以用水拖洗或反复使用 Pasting after 48 to 72 hrs, the floor can be washed and cleaned repeatedly.

²       粘贴好后应用清水冲洗粘胶新鲜斑点和铺设工具 After pasting, fresh spot and tools are flushed by clean water.

²       在摄氏10度和30度之间，原装产品可最多保存1年 The product can be stored at most for one year between 10 to 30 ^oC.

²       避免本品结冰 Avoid frozen

²       用后关紧容器盖子Close barrel tightly after use

²       一次静止时最多叠放四层 Stacked up to 4 level.

简述Description：

1．         基面必须要求结实、平整、光滑、干燥、干净、不起沙 Base surface should be stiff, flat, smooth, dry, clean and no sand.

2．         该产品粘结力很强，使用方便，要求干法粘贴，待胶水呈透明状时，干透后方可铺设施工。The product has strong adhesion and easy construction. It is required drying paste. After it become transparent and totally dry, paving work can be done.

3．         本产品属导电纤维型，导电效果很好而且性能稳定，持久The product belongs to conductive fiber type which have good effect, stability performance and lasting longer

4．         涂布量大，在正常情况下，涂布量是：6-8平方米/kg.片卷材均可。Large amount of coating at normal condition. Coating amount is: 6-8 m²/kg. Apply to sheet and coil material.

5．         建议施工时使用A2或近似A2的自制刮刀，先小面积试用，后大面积使用，刮刀齿深最好控制在1.0-1.6毫米之间。Recommend to use A2 or similar A2 scraper. Firstly, try to paste within small area then large scale use. The teeth height of scraper is between 1.0-1.6 mm. The scraper without teeth is not allowed to use for pasting.

6．         实行单面上胶，也可双面上胶。One either side can also be double-sided adhesive glue.
